Thanksgiving Speed Clinics are back!

Lean techniques utilized by elite athletes to increase your speed on the field, court, or ice.

Speed Clinic attendees will improve:
  • Running Mechanics
  • First Step Quickness
  • Acceleration
  • Overall Speed 
Schedule
Monday, 11/25 and Wednesday, 11/27 10:00- noon 
Speed Clinic is open to athletes 10-18 years of age and will be held at our Lake Forest facility.
Cost is $80 for both sessions. Space is limited!
