Musick Escapes Endanger Citizens

Thus far, the Mayor and City Council of Lake Forest along with the County of Orange have chosen not to notify the citizens of Lake Forest of prison escapes despite the presence of a reverse call system already in place. Regardless of the reason for a prisoner's incarceration, escape instantly creates a very desperate and volatile situation...one that we deserve to be made aware of!
