Crime Blotter: Upset Drivers, Executives, Neighbors

At 7:09 a.m. Thursday, a caller reported a traffic hazard near the Portola Parkway and Lake Forest Drive intersection. A man wearing a black hoodie was seen jumping in front of cars.

At 5:57 a.m. Thursday, a caller reported a reckless driver near the Bake Parkway and Commercentre Drive intersection. The informant reported that someone threw an unknown item at their car from a gold Toyota truck. The informant reportedly attempted to chase down the person who had thrown the item. 

At 1:41 a.m. Thursday, a caller reported a suspicious person in a vehicle in the 23300 block of Orange Avenue. The informant witnessed and took a picture of a mid-30s man fondling a young girl. When the informant contacted the couple, they reportedly drove off towards Muirlands Boulevard.

At 9:03 p.m. Wednesday, a caller reported a disturbance on the 22700 block of Malaga Way. According to the report, the informant was upset about neighbors who were repeatedly pounding on the walls and being loud. The informant reportedly had asked them to stop but the noise still continued. 

At 6:53 p.m. Wednesday, a caller reported a disturbance near the Whisler Drive and Orange Avenue intersection. According to the report, people were getting very upset at an office executive meeting

At 6:41 p.m. Wednesday, a caller reported a disturbance near the Shade Tree Lane and Wandering Lane intersection. According to the report, several minors were seen partying and possibly doing drugs near their vehicles in a cul-de-sac.

At 5:18 p.m. Wednesday, a caller reported a disturbance in the 29200 block of Portola Parkway. According to the caller, a customer at a nail salon was refusing to pay.

At 12:34 p.m. Tuesday, a caller reported suspicious activity on the 24500 block of Bendricon Lane. The information thought that two boys were spray painting in a stairway area.

At 6:36 a.m. Tuesday police were called to conduct a welfare check in the 23400 block of El Toro Road. According to the report, a 102-year-old grandfather was being refused food. The informant said that the elderly man wished to eat.

At 4:47 p.m. Tuesday, a caller reported vandalism in progress near the El Toro Road and Jeronimo Road intersection. Three boys were seen tagging near the railroad tracks before taking off on foot.
