Arrest Made in Lake Forest Citibank Robbery
The man escaped the bank branch with an undisclosed amount of cash.
A 22-year-old Laguna Beach man was arrested today on suspicion of , an FBI spokeswoman said.
Bill Wright Wills, a 22-year-old resident of Laguna Beach, was taken into custody by federal agents at a Stater Brothers supermarket in Laguna Hills at 10:15 a.m., according to Lt. Jason Kravetz of the Laguna Beach Police Department.
Officers of the LBPD recognized Wills, who is on parole, from surveillance images captured by the bank.

Wills is accused of holding up a bank in Laguna Beach on Monday about
4:20 p.m. and a on May 16, Eimiller said. Details of
each holdup were not immediately available.
