A car flipped over at the intersection of Trabuco Road and Lake Forest Drive after a crash that has left at least one person in the hospital, police say.

Police dispatch records show that the accident occurred some time before 8:06 p.m. A black SUV was involved, said Lt. Lloyd Downing of the Orange County Sheriff's Department.

One woman was taken to the hospital after saying she was pregnant and was having pains after the crash, Downing said. There were no fatalities, he said. He did not have any further information about injuries, cars involved or lane closures.

As of 9:05 p.m., the intersection had been cleared, though some broken glass and tread marks remained on the scene.
