Guard Spots 'Snowboarder Bandit' and Other Cop Calls

At 9:17 p.m. Monday, deputies arrested a 23-year-old man in the 26300 block of Forest Ridge Drive. According to the report, the man was detained with another person for allegedly being intoxicated while on probation. He was taken into custody on $50,000 bail.

At 5:40 p.m. Monday, a caller reported suspicious activity in the 23800 block of El Toro Road. A Bank of America security guard suspected that a man who could be the was casing the bank. The subject left the area on a motorcycle.

At 3:24 p.m. Monday, a caller reported a reckless driver near the Orange Avenue and Whisler Drive intersection. According to the report, a driver was racing a silver Shelby Cobra convertible between Orange and Cherry streets.

At 2:18 p.m. Monday, a caller reported a man for indecent exposure in the 23200 block of Saguaro Street. According to the report, a pantsless man exposed himself outside of a woman’s window. He then proceeded to don a pair of short girl's shorts.

At 11:29 a.m. Monday, deputies assisted an outside agency in the 23600 block of El Toro Road. The report stated that police assisted federal agents with counterfeit money reportedly received at a coffee shop.

At 6:33 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported suspicious activity in the 25500 block of 2nd Street. The informant reportedly saw a man smoking some kind of narcotic out of a pipe in the woods and suspected he might be selling drugs as well.

At 5:36 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported a disturbance in the 25100 block of Serrano Road. According to the report, two minors were seen tossing around a large rock. The caller felt that playground equipment might be damaged.

At 9:54 p.m. Saturday, deputies arrested a 43-year-old man near the Glenn Ranch Road and Portola Parkway intersection. The man was reportedly driving with a suspended license while on probation. He was taken into custody and has since been released.

At 6:53 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported vandalism in the 23200 block of Orange Avenue. According to the report, gang-related graffiti was sprayed on a clubhouse at the Aliso Creek Villas.

At 6:26 p.m. Saturday a caller reported someone drunk in public near the Los Alisos Boulevard and Jeronimo Road intersection. According to the report, a man was seen urinating and exposing himself under a bridge in .
