His Beef Was A Real Traffic Stopper

A man vents his frustrations at an unusual subject.

Everybody has problems, including one man in front of Portola Elementary School on Monday.

According to the blotter of the Orange County Sheriff's Department, a man in the 50-55 age range took out his frustrations in front of kids and adults alike. An informant called police services to report the man was screaming at a crossing guard at the corner of Fawn Ridge while the guard was dealing with after school traffic.

Deputies managed to contact the irate man and they determined there was no crime; he was blowing off steam because he was upset about family issues.

The call was made Monday, 2:34 p.m., from the 19400 block of Saddleback Ranch Road.
