A Lake Forest woman was killed in a three-car crash in Huntington Beach on Wednesday.
The early evening accident, at 6:25 p.m., included a 2000 Dodge Dakota pickup truck that authorities say was driven by the 56-year-old victim who died after being taken to a Long Beach hospital.
The incident took place on Warner Ave., east of Bolsa Chica Street. According to the Orange County Register, the other cars were a 2011 Audi A3 and a 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer driven by a 76-year-old Huntington Beach woman who was hospitalized with minor injuries; the incident took place on Warner Ave., east of Bolsa Chica Street.
