Aliso Elementary Bids Postponed

An auction to lease the property is now scheduled to open Oct. 24.

The first trimester of the school year could be history by the time a new tenant moves into shuttered Aliso Elementary School.

A meeting to open bids to lease the property has been postponed by more than two weeks, Saddleback Valley Unified School District officials said Tuesday.

Instead of taking place Thursday, the meeting was bumped to 9 a.m. Oct. 24, with bids due Oct. 21.
