Things that are often hard to hear, scary, too detailed, too technical, but part of the reality of a successful Real Estate Transaction.  What Agents Fear Telling You.  Get it? As an active agent in Orange County, I get to see and hear a ton of Real Estate stuff.  My clients come up with over 200 questions per transaction – and then there are the all the other players who come up with their own drama.  Some questions come from people’s halucinations – usually due to a lack of accurate information.  Or a story they heard about someone else’s transaction.  Third hand.  And it happened 40 years ago.  I also get to see quirky, impressive, hysterical, or horrifying houses and I just feel the need to share.  So I started blogging.  And making videos. Two things are for sure.  I am passionate about doing the right thing for my clients and I like to have fun.
